Warranty & Returns
If you need to return an item that you purchased from us, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If an item needs to be returned you must have authorization to do so. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 206-817-6915, and a representative will assist you with your return.
All non-warranty returns must be as new and there will be a 20% restock fee. You may return most new, unopened mechanical items within 30 days of delivery. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, for example).
There is no warranty on electrical items with cut wires, and we do not accept returns on electrical items with cut wires.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Sick Bike Parts offers a limited 60 day warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser on all mechanical products. We will gladly assist you with any difficulty you may have and we will replace any part that fails due to a factory defect.
There is only a case by case warranty on UNOPENED UNUSED electrical items. We specifically do not warranty our throttles, motors or controllers for use with other parts that are not in our control nor do a we warranty parts for features that are not part of our system function.
