This and our Standard kit are what you see in the YouTube videos. Take a look at the parts list in our installation manual to see what we supply in the standard kit then see what comes in the HD Shift Kit. - THE MAIN THING THE MAKES THE HD KIT IS THE HD FREEWHEEL. PLUS we include the following extras in the DELUXE:

THESE ARE THE ITEMS THAT MAKE THIS THE DELUXE KIT:

*Chain Breaker
*Crank Removal Tool
*Your option of an 11 tooth (speed) or 9 tooth (hill climbing) sprocket (comes with 10T (standard) as well)

The Deluxe HD Shift kit also now comes standard with the complete 131.5mm Bottom Bracket Cartridge (AND like the HD kit, this kit includes the HD Freewheel)

Note that this kit comes with typical mountain bike style crank arms and requires 9/16" pedals. If you have a one piece crank you will most likely need to purchase new pedals.

NOTE: If you are attempting to use this kit on a "FAT TIRE" bike please contact us directly. This kit is based on it being installed onto a "standard" bicycle. Fat Tire bikes may have special needs.

    nice kit. But had to get every ad on part to make it work.now that it is running my average speed is 10 mph. I spend as much time pedaling as before I put the motor and jackshaft kit on. now I can't keep the right side drive chain to stay on. even with the right side tensioner kit. everything is inline and tight . So far the Road Bug kit has been the most reliable and I have gotten more miles out of it for less build time.

    The deluxe kit is worth the money for sure, I almost messed up my hub trying to remove my pedals when I remembered I had the too to do it. This says not t for the faint of heart and its very true. The amount of filing that may be needed is very time consuming , once I got everything to fit together the rest was easier. I had gotten to ride it for a few hours yesterday and the only problem I had was with the bike chain coming off and getting bound up between the bottom bracket and the nuts of the crank sprocket. ( I did install the little chain guard ( just have some derailleur issues to figure out) I do plan on buying both left and right tensioners for the jack shaft chains for those 100% slack situations. Also the customer service from sbp has been great and will continue to do business

    SBP Comments: Not sure why so much attention was required on the shaft. Typically radius's on the ends and a some light sanding to remove any burrs is all that is required. Also think some adjustment of the jump stop is required. Thanks for the review.

    Boys and girls, this kit is totally awesome in it's quality and ingenuity ..! Some may think this kit is a bit pricey but I beg to differ that silly notion .. This is my first shift kit build, the instructions make perfect sense once you start doing it .. All one needs is common sense and a little bit of spit and glue .. I built this on a SIKK fat tired bike with a 48cc 2 stroke and it came out absolutely beautiful ... It'll do over 35 mph easily if you you got enough road. I plan on changing to a 9 tooth sprocket and a 31 tooth left sprocket to get more bottom end for that lil motor .. Just a FYI, if you build a SIKK fat tire bike with this kit you'll need the 10 inch jack-shaft, and a lock collar, you WILL NOT need to order the fat bike bottom cartridge as the one that comes with the bike works great .. Love my new build, it's a monster ...!! Thank you SBParts ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

    it's been two days and twenty miles into it since i've installed it. I can't imagine my bike without it, GEARS! it's definitely a head-turner I love my bike with this kit, low RPM cruising!!. I can't wait to get some of the performance upgrades. - installation note. if you don't have a bottom bracket tool then add that to your purchase or expect to take it to a bike shop, as well the drive chain that came with my engine kit needs to be the 15 link chain you use or else the one that comes with the kit won't fit around the drive sprocket on the engine only works as the middle chain at least that's how it was on my engine (it does not specify that in the instructions)

    Order, received quickly and installed! Started the bike and was slowly testing it, all of a sudden it all bent up and was completely ruined. Contacted Sick Bike Parts for it to be replaced, as well as a chainbreaker that they sent me that broke, #1 it took forever to get, and #2 They didnt even send all the pieces i need to fix it! They only sent one bracket. I've spent well over 1500$ on here and you think they would be able to help a customer with some respect!

    An update on the shift kit install. It's working great after a lot of tuning and adjusting my bike hit 50mph today.

    Im happy with this kit,but if i were less mechanically minded,then i would have trouble as there is no parts list or instructions.The shipping from SBP gets to me quicker here in Australia,than parts ive ordered from 3 hours away??

    Just received my shift kit. All the parts are there and in good condition. I really wish it came with detailed step by step instructions including pictures. This thing is hard to build using the instructions that I downloaded from this site. I just spent an entire day working on it and I'm only halfway through. Will update when it's completed.

    well its almost been 2 years since ive had the SBP 2 stroke HD shifter kit and the first month the motor mount broke but the guys took good care of me and sent me one super fast for free. i chose the 11 tooth sprocket as my second one and i wish i could just triad in that one for the 9 tooth but i dont think you can so i just bought it my bike is slower then a non shift kit bike with the 10 tooth setup i have on it. i live by heels and its not flat land here in socal i wish i would have just picked the 9 tooth knowing what i know now about the kit. the install on the kit is not bad took some time due to the bad instructions that need to be updated but it gives enough to get you threw the install.
