153 mm offset cartridge bottom bracket. Works great for pull start applications, tuned pipe clearance or any other build requiring a little extra space between the pedals.
2nd Bottom Bracket

Both bottom brackets were exactly what I needed and expected and installed flawlessly. I have an electric and a gas powered mountain bike, I have recommended Sick Bike Parts and will continue to do so, companies like yours are an absolute necessity for us garage builders and further motivate innovation.

I needed to install a wider bottom bracket assembly for my BT80 engine kit, and the standard 5" spindle that came with my super cheap adapter kit just wasn't long enough (and it turned so rough it felt like the bearings were full of grit). Not only was this spindle the perfect length to clear the engine, but it's extremely smooth with no play whatsoever. Highly recommend for anyone installing a BT80 kit or any engine up to 9.5" wide (should give you adequate clearance with the offset crank included in most kits)
Not packed correctly damaged in shipping

The cap nut was stuck onto the bearing and then shipped. The nut became stuck onto the bearing in a crooked way and now can't be removed.
I am unable to install or use the item because of this.
I would like to return it but can't find a link on the website
SBP - yes we understand how that bad boy got stuck, but with a gloved hand and firm pull, OR a plastic mallet, it will come right off.
As for contacting us, super easy just scroll down to the bottom of most any page. There is a contact link and a warranty link: http://sickbikeparts.com/warranty-returns/

I was genuinely stunned when I saw the bearings in this unit, I wasn't expecting what I saw, sealed bearings and heavy duty or what !! I don't have any hesitation in recommending this setup, great for getting your left crank arm away from your exhaust or one of those pull start thingys, just buy it you'll love it.

Needed extra spacing on my fat bike chain stays. Was able to demate the spindle and place it on the chain ring side which was a perfect solution to my chain line.
looks of good quality

Haven't installed yet, as it just came today and it's sub zero temps most of the week here in Minnesota. All of the other parts, and shifter kit are very nice components including the original bb that didn't work with a pull starter. Everything looks like good quality.

This is a great solution if you need extra clearance on the left side for your motor, exhaust, etc. The bottom bracket seems well made and pedals smoothly. The only problem I had was that my bottom bracket tool did not fit because of the offset. I simply had to tighten the left side first then tighten the right side.

I cleaned my frame thread spotless, sprayed a little lube in there, but still i found it took alot of effort to turn this bugger in there! I did get it in there, but i was waiting for the alloy cartridge to collapse, but thankfully it didnt.
